How long does shipping take?

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days depending on your location.

Do I need to show ID to receive my order?

Yes. In accordance with liquor licensing laws, someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

What happens if my bottles arrive broken?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement immediately.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?
